Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect your Google account name and email through Google Sign-In, and only to control who can access the app. We also store the evaluation run data you create while using EvalRoom — projects, datasets, targets, evaluators, and run results.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, and we do not share it with third parties. There is no advertising, no analytics vendor, and no data brokerage.

API keys (BYOK)

You can paste your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key to run evaluations on your quota instead of the demo quota. The key is kept in your browser’s session storage for this tab only — it is removed when you close the tab or click Remove key.

When you start an evaluation or a test-target call, the key is sent with that request over HTTPS so the server can call the provider on your behalf. The server uses the key in transit for that request only. It is never written to disk, the database, or logs, and it is not kept after the request finishes.

Deletion

Data may be deleted at any time. Email piyushwadhwa25@gmail.com and it will be removed.
